Quiet Sudoku

1. Information we collect

Quiet Sudoku does not collect, sell, or share personal information with Cloud Heavy Industries Limited during normal use of the app.

Specifically, Quiet Sudoku does not:

• require account creation or sign-in;
• use advertising SDKs;
• use analytics or tracking tools;
• collect advertising identifiers or track you across apps or websites;
• upload gameplay, statistics, or puzzle history to developer-operated servers; or
• maintain a developer-hosted puzzle database tied to your use of the app.

2. How the app works

Quiet Sudoku functions offline by default. Puzzle generation and gameplay occur on your device.

Settings, game progress, statistics, and history are stored locally on your device. Where supported by iOS or iPadOS, this local data is protected using built-in device security features such as file protection.

3. Network use and Apple services

Normal offline gameplay does not require a network connection. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, selected settings, history, recent puzzle information, and statistics are stored in your private iCloud database so they can merge across your Apple devices. Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not use that private database as an account or advertising profile.

Purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not receive your payment-card details.

Backup, image, puzzle, history, or sharing actions occur only when you initiate them through system-provided sharing or file features. The operating system and the destination you choose then handle that data.

4. App Store privacy labels

Based on the current version of Quiet Sudoku:

• Data Linked to You: None
• Data Used to Track You: None
• Data Not Linked to You: None

If the app's features change, these disclosures and this policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Third-party services

Quiet Sudoku does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. Optional iCloud sync and purchases use Apple system services and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Children's privacy

Quiet Sudoku does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

7. Data retention

Because Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not collect app data on developer-operated servers, we do not retain your gameplay or personal information remotely.

Local data remains on your device until you delete it or the app. Data placed in your private iCloud database remains subject to your iCloud settings. Files you export remain at the destination you selected until you remove them.

8. Your choices

You can play offline, leave iCloud sync disabled, turn sync off, delete local app data by deleting the app, remove exported files from their destination, and manage app data stored in iCloud through your Apple Account settings.

There is no developer-held Quiet Sudoku profile for you to access, correct, or delete.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or App Store disclosure updates. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
