We aim to reply with practical troubleshooting steps or a request for the minimum extra information needed.
What to include
Including the following details helps us investigate without unnecessary back-and-forth:
- the app name;
- the app version and build number shown in Settings;
- your iPhone or iPad model and iOS or iPadOS version;
- what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
- the steps that reproduce the issue; and
- the exact wording of any error message.
Purchases and restores
Apple processes App Store purchases. Before contacting support, confirm that the device is signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase, then use the app's Restore Purchases action. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or Apple Account credentials.
iCloud sync
For sync issues, confirm that the device is signed in to iCloud and sync is enabled inside the app. For Baby Tracks household sharing, include whether the device belongs to the household owner or an invited caregiver. Include the exact in-app error and whether the issue affects one device or several. Do not attach an exported backup unless support specifically asks for it.
Privacy
Our apps do not use advertising or tracking SDKs. Baby Tracks also does not require a developer account or store household care data on developer-operated servers. App-specific details are available in the privacy policy directory.
