Quiet Minesweeper

1. Information we collect

Quiet Minesweeper does not collect, sell, or share personal information with Cloud Heavy Industries Limited during normal use of the app.

Specifically, Quiet Minesweeper does not:

• require account creation or sign-in;
• use advertising SDKs;
• use analytics or tracking tools;
• collect advertising identifiers or track you across apps or websites;
• upload gameplay, statistics, or field history to developer-operated servers; or
• maintain a developer-hosted gameplay database tied to your use of the app.

2. How the app works

Quiet Minesweeper functions offline by default. Field generation and gameplay occur on your device.

Settings, current game state, purchase state, statistics, and history are stored locally on your device. Saved app state uses iOS file protection, and manual backup files are encrypted before export.

3. Optional iCloud sync

iCloud sync is optional and disabled by default. If you enable it, selected settings, statistics source records, and saved history are stored as encrypted fields in your private CloudKit database so they can merge across your Apple devices.

Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not operate a separate account or server for this feature and does not use your private iCloud data for advertising, analytics, or profiling. Turning sync off stops future syncing. Existing private iCloud data can be managed through your Apple Account's iCloud storage settings.

4. Exports, sharing, and purchases

Field images, field codes, history exports, and encrypted backups leave the app only when you explicitly use a system share sheet, file picker, or import action. The operating system and the destination you choose then handle that data.

Lifetime purchases and restorations are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not receive your payment-card details.

5. App Store privacy labels

Based on the current version of Quiet Minesweeper:

• Data Linked to You: None
• Data Used to Track You: None
• Data Not Linked to You: None

If the app's features change, these disclosures and this policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Third-party services

Quiet Minesweeper does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs. Optional iCloud sync and purchases use Apple system services and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Children's privacy

Quiet Minesweeper does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

8. Data retention and your choices

Because Cloud Heavy Industries Limited does not collect app data on developer-operated servers, we do not retain your gameplay or personal information remotely.

You can play offline, leave iCloud sync disabled, turn sync off, delete local app data by deleting the app, remove exported files from their destination, and manage app data stored in iCloud through your Apple Account settings.

There is no developer-held Quiet Minesweeper profile for you to access, correct, or delete.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect app changes, legal requirements, or App Store disclosure updates. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
